A letter to the most beautiful person in the whole universe

Dear mom,

You're sleeping in your bedroom right now, and here I am, still typing in front of the computer. Probably, in 10 more minutes you'll wake up because you need to use the restroom, and as you pass by you'll tell me to go to sleep or to cover my legs with blanket so the mosquitoes won't bite me.

Mom, I know you're having a hard time, raising 3 children that talked so much and complaining all the time. And I'm still in my teenage year, the worst phase of human life. Maybe I was a little rebel back then. But as you can see now, I'm trying real hard to be make you proud, like the rest of your children. I can't give you much right now, besides good score and good behavior. But you'll see, someday, I'll make you and dad super proud of me. Not because I'm rich or famous or something, but because I'm useful and helpful to everyone around me, like you and dad always teach me. To give, not only receive. To be independent. To have heart rather than have brain.

Maybe, there's time that I don't want to listen to you. Because I think I'm right. But in the end, everything you said is true. Your words are my guide. I will follow what our Prophet teach us, to respect to our mother, more than anything else in the world.

We still have different opinions almost about everything. Like, for my future. But deep inside of me, I want to follow your will, because almost everything you said are true. So, I'll try my best to get to  the Major and University that we both think suit me. Leave it all to me! I'll do my best!

Mom, you're like my best friend. I can tell you almost about everything. When I broke up, you always noticed, and always cheered me up.You know when something bother me. And your solution is the best. You never teach us in a strict way, with your and dad's sense of humor, you make me feel comfortable to ask for your opinion and even tell a random story. You're my best friend, my teacher, my super mom.

Thank you mom for always there for me when I need you. Thank you for tell me what is right and what is wrong. Thank you for everything that you give to me. Thank you for always listening to my boring story. Thank you for not always give me what I want, because I know that sometimes, I can't get everything that I want. Thank you for taking care of me when I'm sick. Thank you for making me spaghetti every weekend. Thank you for buying me tons of beautiful clothes. Thank you for loving me, Nina, Andrian, and Dad. I love you mom. Happy Mother's day.

Your Daughter,

Winda
